The Great Valentine Hunt

In accordance with Donhowe family tradition we held our Great Valentine Hunt on Sunday afternoon. I wrote up some really poorly rhyming clues and hid a couple of gifts for Charlotte (and eventually Amelia) around the house. Charlotte thought Daddy and I needed presents too so she picked out some chocolates at the store, stashed them in the closet (because obviously the closet is THE place for hiding!) and I wrote up some clues for Daddy to follow.  Then we read the first clue and the Hunt was on!

Despite the lame rhymes and sort of lame, last-minute gifts (well, except for the chocolates – chocolate is never lame) Charlotte L-O-V-E loved it and is still carrying the hearts with clues around the house.
